Customers are welcomed upon arrival with a drink. The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:30), lunch (12:30-15:00) and dinner (18:30-22:30), all buffet style, served in the Beach & Caribe buffet restaurants. During meals milk (breakfast), juices, coffee, soda, water and wine (lunch & dinner) are offered. Also at the disposal of the AI guests are the A la Carte/specialty restaurants; Don Quijote (Spanish), El Agave (Mexican), Mare Nostrum (seafood), Bali Hai (Oriental), Capri (Mediterranean), Italian, Santa Fe (steak house) Â prior reservation, subject to availability, once weekly, dress code applies. Snacks such as pasta, hot dogs, pizza, French fries, steak, quesadillas, etc are available between 10:30 & 18:30 at the Rancho Grande restaurant and the Capitan Morgan restaurant.
